my mom, sister, and i all got into a rather large fight last night. my dad's not at home because he's in rehab from his surgery. [he's fine] but, my sister wanted to sleep on the couch because her room is cold. and my mom flipped out and started screaming at us. and i was trying to be peace maker. and then my mom threatens to shut off my sisters phone so naturally my sister goes psyco. she breaks my moms antique phone, several pictures, and her incence thing. which pisses off my mom even more so she takes my sisters phone. and then my sister take my moms phone and runs outside for the next hour. while she's gone my mom and i are fighting. i told her "this is why i cut and pop pills, mom". and she starts going off about how i'm stupid for thinking no one loves me and such. and we go at that for a while. until i said this is why i dont want to live with you. and then we stopped fighting and i locked myself in my room. my sister and mom resloved everything and she got her phone back. i got into it and she got it back because of my half hour of pleading my mom to give it back to her so she will shut the f**k up. once samantha, sister, left my mom said "want me to call social serivices tomorrow?" and obviously i said no..
but still, this happenes all the time. and things get insalely violent. i try to keep the peace, but i dont know how to deal with this. i'm only fourteen..

Your mom is clearly under a s**t ton of stress so your sister should have just backed the hell up and get some more to cover up with, she over reacted and is lucky she got off easy.

I know how difficult those things can be. My sister definately gets what she wants, usually whens she wants it. She usually has to beg my mom to buy me new clothes, because all she'll ever do is use money on her. I mean, gosh, I went shopping for stuff for ME only once this entire summer, but my sister's b-day just came up recently, and she got a $100 mall gift card, and concert tickets. rolleyes I'd like to slap a push-pin into her forehead.

That's a mix of your mom haven't bad parenting and your sister making use of it. Hopefully she will find a better way to make her happy then tossing money at her. No reason why this should get you down however, you are over stressing yourself about a problem you aren't apart of, I know you might want to fix things but they are fixed on to their behavior for now.

I agree with others.
Everyone is under too much stress.
Instead of taking all the troubles of the family for you to fix allow yourself rest. No one can change everything over-night and alone.
you are also in need of comfort from so much that seems to happen. Take some time to simply relax or talk about what's bothering you.
It may be hard but hopefully it'll help tone things down a bit.

Don't try to play the peacemaker. Regardless of how much you think you're helping, it really only makes things worse. Let your sister and your mom duke it out, it's their issue to deal with.
If you're rebelling and throwing a shitfit and fighting with your mom, then it's between you and your mom. If your sister jumps in and starts kicking up dirt, it just increases the problem.

Families are so annoying. I am not exactly emo, but I hate the clothes my mom tries to buy me. Seriously, she's always dragging me into Charlotte Russe and making me buy fancy shirts. She never lets me go to Hot Topic. she says it's freaky. Whatever. I bought my backpack for school at Hot Topic. HeeHee! I win for now, but it starts all over again tomorrow...
