The villages shall be name according to what their Kage wants them to be named.

Kage is the leader of the certain Village/Household.
Below the Kage is (yet to differentiate a name) '

The ranks in your village will be different, but you shall still be the rank of the guild with your add along title to boot. The village house shall be of the Kage's own home.

Example
Ninjatics, Grandmaster and Kage of Numa.
Bolded part is my add along title!

You do not HAVE to be a Grandmaster or Master to be a Kage of a village
