What do you want? City or scenic drives around exotic areas like High stakes and the classic NFS?

I feel like they can do both. Have one large city and connect it with different type of exotics-like locations.

If they can do a balance both exotic-like locations and a fictional city. I'd buy because lately I'm tired of racing in the city like Carbon's Palmont, Undercover's Tri-cities, and UG2 Bayview.

thing is i love both neutral driving through small technical streets and alleys are tight and speeding at max speed down a highway isnt bad either so its like 50-50

I feel like Criterion can do both, They just need to find a perfect layout so that 1) You can still get the feeling of Underground/Street racing in the city 2) long stretches of road with twist, turns, and corners for the classic NFS feel and 3) maybe add the mountain inside the free roam for touge and drifting(as well as some race tracks).
