Hello y'all. I'm the Freak Parade, also known as Katie, also known as Pyro, also known as "Hey you! Moron!". I'm 16 years old and I live in the state of Connecticut. I have an older sister who's leaving for college in about a week (yes!), a Boston Terrier named Duchess, and a resin skull on my shelf named George.

He's quite nice. actually.

I can act incredibly immature at times, especially when I'm watching TV shows that I like. I've been known to shout and curse at the screen when something bad happens to my favorite characters. Which is probably made even more sad by the fact that I prefer to watch cartoons over live action. I also like watching stuff on Animal Planet and the Science Channel.

Most of the time, though, I try to keep my cool. Or... what little cool I have. I'm too much of a geek to really have 'cool'.

TV shows I like include Avatar: The Last Airbender, X-Men Evolution. Wolverine and the X-Men (which is good despite the 'Wolverine' bit), The Fairly OddParents (in small amounts), almost anything that's not Animal Cops on Animal Planet, and everything Science Channel. I also catch MythBusters when I can.

Movies I like... whoo boy. Lord of the Rings, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, the Princess Bride, Pirates of the Carribbean, the Dark Crystal, the new Star Trek movie, the original Star Wars movies, Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, Sweeney Todd (the play is still better, though), a ton of Disney movies, and other stuff.
