Raikou Sao no Jutsu - Lightning Rod Technique - D Rank
This is the technique that is used so that the person can first start conducting electricity in the first place. With it, they're basically making the battlefield considerably more lethal, along with preparing their future techniques. The user makes it so his entire body is wrapped up in lightning, making it so that whenever an opponent touches them, they'll get zapped. However, the amount of damaged from the zap varies from stage to stage. Also, it's only defense. When a person attacks, they're forced to drop the jutsu to do so. You have to be standing still in order to use this technique in defense.
[1/3] Fenrir concentrated on the simuntaneous release of lightning chakra throughout his body. His hair began to stand on end and his kunai rattled around, but otherwise the voltage and effects were so low that they could not be used in battle.
[2/3] Fenrir tried again. This time visual streaks of electricity jumped from one area of his body to the other. By now his body would be able to give off a disrupting static shock to anybody who touched him, but otherwise the voltage was still too low to deal any real damage.
[3/3] After another try Fenrir's body was wrapped in lightning. A high voltage shocked and killed a fly that tried to land on him. It was his hope that anybody else who might try touching him in this state would suffer the same fate.

Nodd caught the 3 scrolls, looking at one in his off-hand. "Ah... Raikou Shunshin. Nice." He put the other two scrolls in his bag, for when he finished using this one.
Raiton: Raikou Shunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Instantaneous)
Description: When performing this technique, the user does a single seal, (Bird), and the user disappears in a wisp of electricity. The maximum the user can travel is a radius of 1 mile from where they are standing, but they must be able to visualize the area in their head. This technique can be used in escaping combat, and also to travel to some extent. However, when this is used to escape combat, this cannot be used when the user is attacked or is attacking.

Nodd made the bird seal, concentrated his chakra and focused his mind on a spot a few feet away. He felt a slight tingling sensation and when he opened his eyes he was standing in the same spot. "Dang it..."

Trying again, Nodd made the bird seal and focused his mind. He visualized the same spot and the air around it. The tingling sensation crawled up his spine and he felt a pop. He opened his eyes as he fell down a couple feet from the sky. "Almost..." He said, landing on his feet.
[3/3]
Nodd concentrated his chakra, made the seal and in his mind he saw himself standing just past the Amekage's clone. The tingling shot up his spine quickly, wrapping around his head. He opened his eyes just as the sensation stopped, and turned around to see the clone. "Ahh... success."

Electric Net - C Rank
By releasing numerous amount of static wire which turns into a net used to ensnare the target's body, as it sends signal's through there nervous system's making them twitch and unable to move.
[1/4] Fenrir tried creating multiple static wires with his fingers but failed the first time. Some wires were defintiely made, but being only a few inches long they were practicaly worthless.
[2/4] Fenrir tried again to make the strings a little longer, but more practice was needed. In between attempts to increase string length, he also practiced using them together to form a net.
[3/4] Fenrir continued his practice to form static wires long enough to be used in the jutsu, and accomplished it. The next part of learning the jutsu was to form them into a net, which Fenrir couldn't do yet. So, he practiced whipping the lightning wires through the air at a speed fast enough that they would intwine and form a net.
[4/4] On his next try Fenrir was able to sucessfully pull off the net effect, now allowing him a good method of capturing and trapping oppenents. After practicing it on a nearby rabbit that sprinted from one side of the field to the other, Fenrir determined that he had the method down. He sighed and glanced at the sky. Time was running out for him until the exams started. He needed to work quickly now.

Fenrir moved onto his next clan jutsu.
Raikou Sumiyaka no Jutsu - Lightning Speed Technique - C Rank
In other words, the user is able to use electricity in order to travel upon currents, his speed reaching up to at least twice of his typical speed, if not even more so. The currents can also strike an opponent if an attack is launched while the jutsu is cast.
[1/4] Fenrir started mastering this jutsu by focusing his lightning current into his feet. A loud cackling sound came from his feet and for a moment Fenrir was levitated into the air. However, the moment quickly passed and Fenrir dropped back to the ground.
[2/4] Fenrir tried the same method, this time putting momentum on creating a current by sprinting. As electricity covered his feet and he ran and jumped into the air. A fast current suddenly generated from him and blasted him away at perhaps twice his usual speed, blurring his figure. Unfortunately this effect didn't last long as Fenrir discovered he had yet to find out how to brake or turn his current, causing him to be sent into a tree.
[3/4] On the next try Fenrir was able to change directions, slightly. He also increased his speed on the current even more than before. However, it still had a problem with control that needed to be fixed before it could be learned completely.
[4/4] In a short time Fenrir mastered the art of changing directions with the current by means of manipulating the electric surge on his feet. As he surfed the electric current the zipped up into the sky at a high speed and grinned at the marvelous site of the village down below.

Fenrir mediated after his training, yes meditated, in order to regain his strength. After he finished he restocked his supplies and prepared himself by double layering the already dense bone just under his skin before heading out for the Jounin exams.

Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu" Now THAT looks promising.
Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique)
This is the pinnacle of the single-target ranged lightning jutsu. The attack from Lightning Blast has been upgraded further, making it into a beam twice as wide as before, and much more damaging. Targets hit head-on with this jutsu will experience a fantastic amount of pain and be stunned after the jutsu ends. Also, nearly missing with this jutsu also has some effect. Because of the high amount of voltage, small lightning bolts can arc from the beam to someone standing within two feet of it, causing shocks a little bit more damaging than those of Lightning Bolt technique. This jutsu can be ended prematurely by the user.

Nodd set down the scroll, reading over the finer details of the lightning manipulation. He quickly memorized the handsigns and practiced repeating them in order at a fast rate. "Raikou Kousen no Jutsu!" He shouted, extending one hand at a tree. A few sparks flew, nothing else.

"Weird..." He made the handsigns once more, concentrating the chakra into the palm of his hand. "Raikou Kousen no Jutsu!" He shouted once more. A bolt of lightning arced from his outstretched hand, but it curved off in a random direction.
[3/3]
"This time..." Nodd flashed the handsigns, concentrated the chakra on his hand. "Raikou Kousen no Jutsu!" A large, clean surge of lightning shot straight from his hand and hit the tree. Easily tearing through the trunk and causing it to fall over. "Much better..."

Nodd packed the used scroll in his bag with the other. The third and final scroll in his hands now. "Hmm... what's behind door number 3?" He opened it to reveal Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique). "Alright... these are really nice jutsus."
Raiton: Yaiba no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Blade Technique)
Description: This skill allows the user to charge chakra in the form of electricity in the palm. Then, the chakra eventually works up to the fingers, where a blade of electricity is formed between the index and middle finger. The blade is very thin, and depending on the user's chakra, anywhere from 8 inches to a foot long. It is around 2 to 3 inches wide, and it lacks a hilt. The blade is held between the fingers, but as soon as it is let go, the blade vanishes into thin air. The strength of this blade isn't as strong as a normal blade, as it is nowhere as dense or as heavy. But because the blade is very thin, it is capable of doing some major damage, if used properly. However, this blade can also hurt the user, anywhere except for the fingers where the blade is held.

With a flick of his wrist, Nodd pulled his sleeve away from his hand. "Yaiba no Jutsu!" He said as a few sparks flew from his fingertips. He didn't want them to leave his hand like the previous jutsu.
[2/3]
Nodd wanted to hit himself. "Yaiba no Jutsu!" He said, condensing the chakra around his index finger and middle finger. The electricity sparked and flew down an invisible blade. It wasn't there more than static electricity.
[3/3]
"Yaiba no Jutsu!" Nodd said, the chakra flowing freely out through his fingertips. As it flowed he made it surge forward and back quickly, creating the blade. He condensed it to a thin line of pure lightning. "Now that's a blade." He said with some self-satisfaction.
Nodd dispersed the jutsu and packed up the last scroll.

Seeing at how he had finished his training assignment, Nodd grabbed his setsuka and began to head out. "Ahh... a good drizzle today." He said as he left the area.

Katsuro, looking around at the grounds, found a sense of peace here. he decide to meditate here. he got on the ground as his wings wrap around him like a blanket, closed his eyes, and started to take deep breathing techniques.

Katsuro smelled someone at the gates, that was not from the village. "This smell...." He said as he open his eyes and set straight up. It was now time to fight. It was time to see what the 7th tail demon will do now. He smirk as his wings open wide and dramatically. Feathers drop to the ground. The Angel of Light, now that he was called, is once called again. He flew high to the sky, heading to the gates.

tiger came to the area and sits down "huh this is a nice place to practice some of my training "he said as he got his sword out "alright let do this soulcalibur "he focus his chakra to his sword and he trains my swinging his sword for the next few hours then he begain to sweat and stabed the ground the ground quickly turn to ice as tiger stoped to catch his breath "huff.. huff... huff.. I stop for a bit wish this thing didn't use so much chakra "said as he sat down resting
