Hmm... Not thinking on it much, I'm gonna have to say the Winking Weeping Angels. I loved the Blink episode.

And of course, Simm!Master was particularly fun (in a thank!goodness!he's!fictional kind of way).

But the best enemy moment has got to be the Dalek-Cyberman b***h fight from Doomsday. xd

While the new Cybermen are alright, I just want to know what happende to the ones from our universe??

And for truly classic baddies, Delgado's Master and, of course, Omega.

Daleks- The Cybermen are more superior at one thing then the Daleks.

The Rani! She was awesome. She didn't care about anything except her experiments. If killing the Doctor could be accomplished at the same time, all the better! I wish she'd come back... I can't see her dying in the Time War. She would have to be either helping the Time Lords (hah, yeah right) or working with the Daleks (why would she bother?). I'm wondering if she's still being held prisoner by those... uh... I forget what they were. Anyway, she could reach her full potential with a really good writer, I think.
