xp ...dorm internets is stupid. Darn thing goes out on me for no reason at least once a day.

Be careful about school networks. They're often swimming with viruses.

and beware of parties; they were the reason i had to leave dorm life and go studying online; otherwise i never got any work done!

@Lea: The dorm room is just fine, save the internet problems. My roommate is an introvert just like I am, so we don't talk much. It's funny. Our closest friends are generally ultra talkitive.
@Shellz: Not too bad. It's more boring and I have less privacy, but hey, at least Mum isn't using asking me to do a plethora of tasks. I work in the Cafeteria so I can't call it bad. As for classes...They started yesterday. Had Psyche, Chem, and Early American History yesterday and took my Speech/Communications class today.

What course are you actually doing? Or do you get to take a whole bunch of random stuff in first year?

Those are just general education classes, which every degree's plan of study requires that a student take before graduating. I'm holding off on doing too many classes for my Business Education degree until I transfer downstate to the University of Central Oklahoma.

I'm holding off on doing too many classes for my Business Education degree until I transfer downstate to the University of Central Oklahoma. UCO looks like a nice place... but why do they call their team the "Bronchos"? that is an unfamiliar spelling to me.
