Not to say the final movement didn't turn out awesome due to this, but still.

I Would really like to do tower of power ...XD or maybe something DCI inspired, like Spartacus biggrin actually, what i would love to do is what the phantom regiment did a few years back, the firebird/on ar show (okay..so firebird is one f the songs we played this year, but not the REAL fire bird D: Here the last movement D:

Well... both years in high school we've played really good classical music; Copland and Russian overtures.
I'd like to play the Planets. Or something that'll have a lot of show in it like Chicago!
No one knows what next years show will be... ninja

Ai Kyuketsuki Well... both years in high school we've played really good classical music; Copland and Russian overtures. I'd like to play the Planets. Or something that'll have a lot of show in it like Chicago! No one knows what next years show will be... ninja Haha, our show was copland this year! What songs did you do?

ClarinetGoddess I just thought of a new one, which I really, really wanna do next year. Pirates of the Carribean. I have a cd of all the pirates music, and these are the ones I would love to do: -Not sure what it is called but it is the longest one, something like drink me up hearties. It has a really cool end part that would really show off the woodwinds and trumpets. -Blood ritual. Kind of dark yet awesome. -Hoist the Colors. I love this song, moreso the short movie version because I like the little boy. I think it would be cool if the boy singing would be either a clarinet or flute solo -He's a pirate. Of course. Even though the first one I put has it in there somewhere I think, itwould be a good transition, like going from 3-4. Welp, that is all I can think of. my band acually did that one in 2008-of course im just a freshman so i didnt get2do that1 sad but every1 who did said it waz awsome! i saw an awsome show that waz "the incredibles"-it looked so fun-i wish we could do that. [:

[: We saw a superhero theme in our area, though I can't remember the school, just that they appeared at all of our competitions. It ws okay, though my fv partwas the pyrotechnics the guard put on. Cool explosion that killed the guardXD

Every year our BD picks the WORST themes... last year's was "SUNSHINE" for crying out loud! D:
but some friends and I are working on convincing her to do a Zelda theme next year... it'd be hecka fun! XD
Or Gangster.
The cool American Gangster/Godfather kinda stuff... not the whole "blood vs. cryp" thing.
Both would be EPIC!!

We did a Beatles show, and it was extreamly fun. Our DM dressed up like Sgt. Pepper.
I actually would like to do a Beatles show or a Finger Eleven show. Some bands had Blues Brothers and Micheal Jackson, and even Van Helsing!
A Zelda one would be awesome.
