Attention squad three, My name is Ketsu Eki, and I am your new captain. Starting today, changes will be coming. Everyone will be doing far more in the fields of activity. I will be evaluating all remaining members of the squad to determine seating, but for now consider yourself unseated. On a side note, Nicholas D Tenukage will be remaining as the VC.

Now, that is what I have been hearing. Or at least, that is what I have read in your mind. I have a very good reason for this, and starting now you will find out. Fight. I want to see the way your rank changes. you are officially challenged to fight, and the one I see who does the best will be given the third seat spot, get as high as you can, and see what can be done.
I want to check out your skills, after seating is perfect, I have a mission planned.

As of today, squad three is going to become active again. I wish for new members. I wish to start a shikai training with someone in my squad, and get them going.

As of today, I have been transfered to squad eleven as the new captain. For this squad, a new captain will be announced hopefully in the next few weeks.
