I don't want to hear, "Oh! But He's a child molester!" Or and such rude comments. This topic is about his music. Yes, he was an artist first.
His music and performance is legend. He constantly raised the standards in music and video performance.
Due to all the publicity his personal life got, he was a truly gifted artist. But everyone has seem to forgotten that fact. He also was a very charitable man. he helped many people in Africa and orphanages.

to whatever credit it's worth, the child molester stuff fell away for the most part after his death. now we're just looking at what he did for music and music videos. and i don't admit this to tons of people, but i like some michael jackson. i really like beat it and smooth criminal, and rock my world, although he got a lot of slack for doing that song (because of the child molestation crap). i also like that song leave me alone (if only the public could of done that, there wouldn't be so much crap running around about him.)

Yes, one or two songs of his are heart absofrickenamazing heart but other than that I personally didn't care for his style of music. That being said, I could care less about his not-so-personal personal life. I just didn't like most of his music, except for maybe Smooth Criminal.
