When I found a ring it was a question mark even though the game told me it was a Defrib ring and an Iron Will ring. How do I unlock these rings? Please help!

its a bug,when i got hack it had a question mark it will go away in 1-3 days

Actually, most of the time it'll get fixed even quicker than a couple days. I've had this happen a number of times, and Deathhammie is right about refreshing. I've found that if you logout for a few minutes (usually 5-10) then your ring will be normal when you return (i.e., has the correct image and actually works appropriately).

everytime i get a new ring that does the ? i just exit the game and relog and its always identified not sure if its just me or a recent patch.

No, it happens to most people every now and again. It seems odd that it happens to you everytime that you receive a new ring, but I've had that happen sometimes as well (and it even occasionally occurs on old rings when I log in).

Nope... If a ring is "soulbound", then it will be bound forever more.

the rings appear as "?" when you get ring that you never gained before. they usually turn into a normal ring when you change servers.

just exit out of zOMG and go back in and see if that will work
or go onto a different server

This happens to me every freakin' time I find a ring, which is quite often.
(Hence how I happen to be a ten-point-oh.)
Just refresh, as everyone has been telling you. The question will go away with the come of the refresh. Refreshing should work, but if it doesn't, try getting on a different server. Both simple, easy ways to solve the problem.
