"I guess you're here to look at flowers too?"

Otter looked at the nearest flower and half nodded. "Ya to look at them." He bent to sniff the flower carefully before looking back at her. "Have you ever tried the pollen from the flowers? It is a little bitter, but sweet at the same time."

Padme opened her eyes in alarm, "Eat pollen? Never!" she said, aghast. Who would do that? Well...he probably would, but that wasn't something a normal dragonfly would do. "We're not rabbits or anything," she said, "So there would be no reason to eat a flower."

He got a back reaction from her and dropped his ears. He knew he shouldn't have said anything about it. He sighed and looked away. "Other dragonflies eat berries and herbs. What does it matter is the herb if colorful..."

"That's because herbs and berries are meant to be eaten." she said as if she knew everything. "Eating flowers wouldn't help your body in anyway." Padme wrinkled her nose at him slightly. What a strange fellow. Was he going to cry now just because she stated her opinion?

Otter sat back and thought about this for a while before frowning. "Berries come from flowers. Alot of things that we eat from the trees come from flowers first." He took a deep breath and let it out slowly. "Plus I like the taste of wild flowers. Some of them taste better then the herbs."

Padme opened her mouth to retort, but didn't know what to say. What Otter had said made sense, but it was just plain stupid. "I personally prefer fish." she said stiffly. "And some fruits."

"Oh don't get me wrong. I love fish and berries and all of those things. Juat now and then I like flowers as well. They have a different taste to them. Many may not even like the taste, but I grew up trying all kinds of things." Otter curled his tail a little.

"Well." she started, puffing her chest out proudly, "I'm not going to eat any of your flowers. I'd rather watch." she said, giving off an air of pompousness. Who cares if he grew up deserted or surrounded by many things? It was just...wrong. Very, very wrong.

Otter watched her for a moment before sighing. "Ok, what it up to you." He sniffs a flower again then licks it. "Saw have you even had honey?"
