Hmm, I really like her head and face. The thing that irks me is that the scars don't seem like scars. It took me a bit to realize that they were scars and not tufts of hair. Try making the scar outlines not so thick and dark, and also make the colouring of them not so dark as well.

They arent actually that dark, but the scanner messed them up.

Actually, I Googled burn scars, and they do tend to look like that, with the jagged edges and whatnot.

The problem here is that the scanner messed up the tones and made the scars almost the same tone as her hair, when in the real drawing they're much lighter.

Wow! That's really good! It's too bad that the scanner messed up the scars. Her face is amazing!

Hmm, maybe if the scars weren't so strongly outlined? I mean, sure if it had just been a lineart, but just like shadows, scars don't really have an outline, which could have been a reason for all this confusion.
Oh well, enough nagging on the scars!

It's really nice to see someone that have added ears to their drawing - and on the right place on top of that! 3nodding
That face line is really beautiful, and although the shadow of the nose is a bit too strong, it's fine since it takes some of the focus away from the giant eyelashes that otherwise would have dominated the face completely.
The body posture matches the mood, a very niece piece :]

the pictures really nice!^^ and i thought the scars were tattoos lol. I think it would help if you add broken lines around the scars to show the broken skin.
