History: Grew up in a small town with her mother and father, who are death eaters. Storm would usually only hang out with her so called 'friends.' they were really just puppets that helped her achieve her goals. When it was time for Hogwarts, the sorting hat hardly touched her head when it called out slyherin. Since coming to Hogwarts, Storm has been sick on how many people are mud bloods or hybreeds. When she was in second year, it has been her goal to bring back the death eaters and take control of Hogwarts. By gaining followers, she hopes that one day she will be able to continue what voldemort started.

Why you have an animagus so young: Due to being a Death Eater, being an Animagus helps her achieve goals. Wandering around as an animal makes people think she is harmless. Until she springs and attacks. This also allows her to study Dark Magic easier.
Detail description: To transform into her animagus, Storm releases her locked up emotions. Bu doing this, she is able to become one with her animal self and is able to transform freely, it also allows a quicker time range to transform in battle.
