What did Sakura agree to in the latest chapter? For some reason I couldn't understand it.
And through what she said, what effect does it have on the series?
But more importantly, through what she said, what effect does it have on her feelings for Sasuke? For Sasusaku?
'Cause now that Sakura's found out Naruto's in love with her.... she's obviously seeing a different side of him.
This is getting really complicated. gonk

I'm confused about it as well. However, I think Sakura said that she'll be the one to tell Naruto about what Shikamaru says. She probably has a better chance to actually make Naruto understand about Sasuke and the brewing war that might happen because of him. Naruto did fail to convince the Raikage to change his mind about Sasuke, but it's either they listen to Shikamaru or do something on their own.
Somehow I feel like that she might use Naruto's feelings for her to make him understand (sounds mean...). Like how she said that Naruto's in love with her so she should be the one to talk to him. I have to admit that I kind of got disappointed about it as well 'cause I was thinking 'What will happen to Sasusaku?'
Another thing is, I thought Sakura had always known that Naruto was in love with her? I think Sai just made her open her eyes more. This time I'm really hoping that Sakura can finally do something and get the spotlight, even some, like how she heal Hinata. And beat Sasori to bits with help of Chiyo baa-sama. She hasn't really done anything but I really hope that this time she can do something.
Sorry if I ranted off and didn't make any sense...and went off topic...
But yea, I haven't been on this guild for awhile so I'm just sharing my thoughts since I last came here. And there's a lot of things I have to say! But I'll stop here. I hope my explanation helps, even for a little bit.

Basically, Naruto's this intent on bringing Sasuke back and preventing his death in great part because of Sakura. Shikamaru wants to take Sasuke down, and he brought her around to his way of thinking. What Sakura agreed to was being the one to inform Naruto of this new development; the reasoning for this is that since he made the promise to her and because he loves her so much, maybe if she's the one to ask him, he'll be easier to convince, because if, say, Shikamaru said it, he'd do his best not to allow it. Yami-Tsukiyomi Another thing is, I thought Sakura had always known that Naruto was in love with her? I don't think she did; Naruto never really said he loved her. He just frequently asked her out--From Sakura's perspective this could've been just a force of habit or an act of friendship. Plus, since it wasn't like he ever bothered to specifically not let her know when he thought other women were attractive, etc, etc, to her, it probably seemed more likely that his feelings were not sincere, romantic love.

Maybe it was just the scans that I read.... but I find it interesting that Shikamaru only said they 'wanted to do something' about Sasuke.
They never specifically said they were going to kill him.
Personally, I think, Sakura's not going there to talk Naruto out of rescuing Sasuke (we know he wouldn't anyway). After this guild trip, Sakura said she no longer wanted to make anymore mistakes.
If she went up to Naruto and told him to give up on Sasuke now, he would surely say something along the lines of, 'How can you give up on Sasuke', 'The Sakura I love would never give up on him' (if she does go that route).
And making Sakura choose the wrong decision, after she's already showed her tears and vowed not to, would be redundant and unnecessary I think.
So I think when she gets to Naruto, she might restore her vow to help and protect them both. And then maybe the other rookie 9 will join in as well.
That's just how I see things playing out right now...

although i do see the other possible meanings as to what has happened, i think that shikamaru and sai open up sakura's eyes to the fact that naruto is pulling himself apart, just to bring sasuke home, to try and make everything alright, and the reason that he is so adiment about it is because of how much he loves sakura. she is not going to tell him to give up, but to stop punishing himself for not being able to do it sooner. he shouldn't have to feel like it is his fault, like he is to blame. sasuke is the one who chose to leave. sasuke is the one who chose to do everything that he's done up till now, granted, he did have some people influencing his desions, but he still had a choice. and naruto needs to see this. sadly enough, i doubt that sakura will be able to get the message to narutol. i believe that naruto and sasuke will get into another of their piontless, fights and sakura will get there in the middle of the fight, and we all know naruto has a new and improved rasengan, sasuke will bring out chidori, sakura will run inbetween them (sound familar?) but this time, kakashi won't be there to save sakura. she'll die, naruto will blame sasuke, go nine-tales and fight maybe kill sasuke. it's sad but that is how i see it turning out.

That's an incredibly pessimistic way of looking at it.
[WARNING: SERIOUS SPOILER ALERT]
I don't think Sakura's that stupid anymore. And she's not ruled by her feelings so much. Okay, she is, but in a different way. She's using them to make smart decisions, rather than running in the middle of Sasuke and Naruto's collision of their ultimate Jutsu's. Not to mention Naruto has liked the Ghandi way as of recently, so I can't see him actually fighting Sasuke anymore. I don't know, what Sakura's doing right now actually makes a lot of sense to me. Though, yes, the SasuSaku fan not-so-deep in me wants them to just randomly start making out (feel free to ignore that), I know that Naruto isn't and never will be like that. I think what she's doing right now is a little far-fetched, but it's probably one of the biggest and smartest decisions Sakura has made so far.
