Due to his line of work, Philippe is mostly seen in his work clothes. He owns a bakery, and due to that can almost always be found wearing his baking coat and his hat. Phil is naturally tan in his complexion, and his hair is a warm chestnut brown. His eyes are a cool azure blue. More often than not, his hands are often covered with flour, as are his pants. Outside of the bakery, he always makes sure to be sharply dressed. He likes to make sure he looks good.
Personality : Philippe is a very warm and jovial guy. He loves his line of work, and treats his customers and co-workers as if they were his family. Always smiling, he has a smooth and infectious laugh. When you are around him, it's hard to feel down or depressed. Come into his pâtisserie with a frown, and it isn't unheard of to get a free pastery or cookie and a glass of fresh milk.
Confident in himself, he knew that he wanted to own a pâtisserie from a very young age. Once that was decided, he set out to become the best baker that he could be. He is a very hard worker, and puts everything he can into what he does. His love and care is reflected not only in his baking, but the cheerful atmosphere at Sweet Delights.

History : Philippe was born into a upper-middle class family. Out of the five children in the Garnier household, he was the third and the only boy. Life was good for the Garniers. Their house was a decent size - big enough for Mrs. Garnier to host parties every so often. Their parents were loving, and encouraged each of their children to achieve their dreams. They even had an adorable little dog named FooFoo, a toy poodle.
When he turned eleven, Philippe discovered his love for baking. At the same time, he also seemed to take an interest in boys. While surprising at first, his parents were by no means spiteful or hurtful toward their son. Quite the opposite, in fact. They still loved him for who he was and supported both his sexuality and his passion for baking.
The Garnier's home literally went up in smoke one afternoon while Philippe was fifteen. Both of his parents were out - it was their anniversary, and they had decided to go and celebrate. This meant his two older sisters were in charge, and he was given the duty of cooking dinner. Cooking dinner was nothing out of the ordinary for Philippe, not usually. All except this time. As he was cooking, fire shot up from the stove and caught the curtains on fire. Everything was a blur after that, between the smoke, flames and the screams. Luckily, all of the Garnier children were able to get out safe, but for years Philippe had to live with the guilt and the trauma of burning down their house and almost killing his family.
After that, Philippe went on to cooking school at seventeen where he specialized in baking. It took a few years of studying, but eventually the young man felt confident enough to open his own bakeshop. Sweet Delights has been open for a good number of years now. Despite its rocky start, the bakery has flourished into quite a well-known establishment. People from all over town stop in to get some of Philippe's treats. It is conveniently located not too far from Jaradin College, and has become a local hotspot for the students and faculty alike.
