It's an average new artist eye. :/
The eyelashes are very thin and the eye just sort of bulges out. Try making the lines/eyelashes a bit closer near each other, and the eye not so large. It'll look nicer if you the pupil/iris itself isn't taking up all the space.
It's really good, the shine in the eye looks just right. But still, just to make sure, is the light coming from the left or right?
The reason I ask this is to make sure you know everything about drawing this part of the face before you start perfecting everything else.

To me, it's just a normal eye... it really isn't that kind of eye that is rather hard.

question wasn't "hey do you think this was hard to draw?" it was "do u think it looks nice?" I think it looks nice. The lower lid looks a little slanted downward on the left side--should be flat or slanted up, or else when you finish the pic the eye ends up looking crooked =P There is only so much detail that can be put into an eye with pencil =P. I leave my eyes white and create them on PS, so I don't got much more to say. the lashes look pretty nice, I rarely bother to draw them in =P
