The GENDOWNED vid was created from a clip of the Evangeline anime somewhere near the end of the series where Gendo Ikari shoots someone. This parody emerged in an AMV HELL video where they do a collection of various anime scenes with different dialogue. they can be pretty funny or fail.

Someone took that part of the episode and added a part of the ACDC song 'For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)' to it then they pick something that happens in an anime (like someone getting shot) and edit'd in the Gendo scene making it look like he shot them. While putting GENDOWNED in caps on the screen basically trying to make him look like a badass or just a jerk. lol There's even a Godfather and Scarface one.
