She would have protested Raven being on top of that list. What Lin could recall of Raven was that he was a demon in pink who would get locked in the pink box of doom because he gave suggestions to her father quite unwanted.
At least she would have until she remembered that Raven knew Risky the wayward and no longer spiritually bound shinigami.
She groaned at that thinking about it, "Mia and Helen are scary, and are a bit extreme when helping family, but Raven has the contacts to pull something."
Though she couldn't think of what Raven would gain out of it, he didn't particularly like a lot of people in the family, in fact he hated Krys.

"Well there you go then," Shiro laughed. "Twist his arm if you have to."
They stayed there for two more days, resting, relaxing, and recounting their adventures to everyone else, until finally it came time for them to leave. More or less, it was Kaito pressuring them to go, saying that Lin needed to train so that they could go on their trip, and they would be back soon enough.

Lin was ready to go she just hoped that the Borderlands wouldn't be cold by the time they got there. She didn't have any good clothes for the cold, and she really wanted to go right away. Meeting the others at the portal she was prepared to say good bye, for now.
"Well, I think I have everything," she murmured, "Senka...."
Senka pouted a bit she was going to miss the pets and brushings and things.

Earendil gave Senka one final scritch under the chin. "You'll be back soon enough," he grinned at her. "And besides, there are plenty of elves where you'll be going. You'll be fine."
He turned his attention to Lin. "Not too long now, remember," he winked at her. "We've got a trip to prepare for."

Lin smiled widely, "Not too long I promise."
She grinned picking Senka up and going through the portal. The air change was immediate the moment she walked in, it was cooler unlike the hot desert, but it was home.
Though she knew she wasn't staying for long and as soon as Shiro, Kaito and Ura came through, they went together to the Borderlands not knowing that there were already others there.
