This is one in general.

I will perform perfectly 98% of the time. If there is someone taping the show I will either be cut off of the edge or I WILL screw up something I'm normally amazing at. FML.

Today, during champs, everyone caught all of their tosses, including rifles. But during the last toss of the last song, everyone tossed, but mine got caught on my foot, and I missed the toss. So not only do I have a huge bruise on my foot, but I prevented the color guard from getting "best guard." By one point. FML.

Okay, I'm not sure if it was by one point, but I was the only one who missed a toss, and I was kicking myself. Ah well, at least it wasn't as bad at that one time I dropped a ballad flag.

At our last competition last year our band should have swept first place. If a late entry band (that entered THAT morning) hadn't come in it would have been reality. Our BD wouldn't even tell us the scores. FML.

We spent the rest of the night picking on their bright red plumes and saying they were wearing tampons on their heads. whee

Actually, we always seem within 5 points of overtaking the band infront of us, whether we're in 2nd, 3rd, or anything behind. FML.

I made out with the drum major, got caught, and then had to explain to her why a freshman boy and a senior boy who is the drum maj were making out razz
