I can never make my eyes look just right! if anyone can explain techniques, post pics of the process, or youtube stuff on the process, I'd greatly appreciate it. I get stuck on the eyeliner part of it, so... XD

Try looking it up on youtube.
I know it probably sounds weird, but there's a lot of videos of girls showing how they do their make-up.
I get a few of my ideas from some of those videos, and it really helps a lot when you want to know how to do something. :3

Alright missy, eyeliner eh?
Well...
Start off by lookin at yourself in the mirror, look at the shape of your eyes, and remember, it will take a few tries and a few different styles, but you will get it eventually.
Get a sharp but obviously not too sharp eyeliner pencil (I find that the pencils are easier) and with a steady hand follow the shape of the eye, however draw the liner on the inside of the lashes, not outside them, that would just look weird.
Dont rush.
Dont panic.
Do top or bottom, whatever.
