No, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight are set in what is refered to as the 'Nolanverse.' Although it takes cues from other Batman titles (Year Zero, I think, and Moore's Dark Knight Returns), they are viewed seperately from the comics. I'm not aware that this Batman is regarded as residing on any specific Earth-# though.
