Denied... Try to make it so you can only see so far in the future

I hope that I didn't change it so much that it's not even what you wanted. anyway, good job. Accepted. Oh ya and I think that you should be able to look 3o minutes maximum into the future on the first stage, 1 hour on the second, and about a day in the last.

HoshiMe
Ability: this Kekkei Genkei allows the user to see into the future as far as they want ((in the 3rd stage anyway)) there is a time limit to how long you can see into thefuture and after you've seen into it twice for all ranks you have to wait another hour before you can use the HoshiMe again

Strengths: while in use you can see your opponents next move in battle
Weakness:If for any reason something happens in the future that will prevent the user from seeing whats going on, the bloodline will become useless. For instance: if there is a fog in which the users vision would normally be obstructed, they are then unable to see whats going to happen.

Description:
Stage1 - In the first stage, iris glows blue and pupils becomes a black star. You can only 30 minutes into the future 3 times, then you can either advance, or you must wait 10 posts to use the bloodline again. ((must be genin to enter first stage))

Stage2 - In this stage, the iris's stay blue but the pupil stars glows white. You can see up to 5 attacks an hour into the future. You may then advance into the 3rd stage, or you can restart into the 1st stage after 10 posts. ((must be chuunin to enter second stage))

Stage3 - In this stage the iris' becomes multi colored and the pupils are now shining yellow stars, you can see up to 7 attacks as far as a day into the future , then you will exit out of the stage and you must wait 10 more posts to reenter the first stage.

Rp sample: Hatsake jumped back as the sharp Kunai blade was thrown at him. His hair covered his eyes and when he looked up his iris's were a bright blue and his pupils had turned to black star, this was the kekkie genkei known as the HoshiMe. Hatsake saw an incoming projectile Jutsu before the ninja could make his handsigns and was already behind the opponent and kicked him in the head.

hmmmm... didn't you put in the description that you slow down time and run fast? whatever we'll try it out. If it gets out of hand we'll take it away.

Name: Rasen Boushi, The Spiral Eye (Kurama Clan's Doujutsu)
Ability: Greatly Enhanced Genjutsu and can create Illusions that become reality. No need for direct Eye Contact for most Genjutsu. Genjutsu affect the world instead of the individuals.
Stages:

Stage One: Genjutsu's Master
All members of the Kurama Clan are masters of Genjutsu and can create Genjutsu that become reality and cause immense mental and physical damage. At this stage, the Doujutsu of the Kurama Clan has not yet fully developed. Their Genjutsu can only be Kai'd out of if the afflicted is two ranks higher. Eye contact is needed at this level. The user can only be affected by Genjutsu that are two ranks higher.

Stage Two: Eyes of Illusion
Now the Doujutsu has nearly developed to the final stage, but it is not there yet. Now Genjutsu cannot be Kai'd out of and they cause much more damage. Eye contact is no longer needed. The user is also completely unaffected by other Genjutsu. To achieve this stage, you must be at least Chuunin Rank and kill one person.

Stage Three: Rasen Boushi (The Spiral Eye)
This level is considered the final stage of Kurama's Doujutsu. Most never achieve this stage, but one man fully mastered it. Eyes "Spiral" Rutherford was the man who developed the Rasen Boushi. The eyes begin to spin in a prism-like spiral pattern and then are locked in place for the rest of the user's life. They maintain the same form forever. At this stage, nobody can Kai out of the user's Genjutsu and all Genjutsu cast upon the owner of the Rasen Boushi will have the Genjutsu reversed to the caster. Now Genjutsu cast by the user can cause an agonizing torture that will make the target beg for nothing more than death. The mind will collapse in upon itself and the afflicted could become nothing for than an empty shell. To achieve this stage, one must kill all who are closest to them and desert their village at Sannin Rank at least.

Element: Universal
Strengths: Genjutsu are extremely powerful and can be learn 3 posts quicker.
Weakness: Ninjutsu and Taijutsu are lacking and take 2 posts longer to learn.
