Buying Rules:

1. Only offer what you have
2. DO NOT scam the seller, this will result in a ban
3. Follow the seller's rules.
4. Do not beg for the seller to give you their item
5. No 'Noob' prices. (i.e. offering 6g for something thats worth 1mil. )

Selling Rules:

1. Only sell what you have
2. Don't Cheat or Scam people
3. Don't sell for unreasonable prices(i.e. 6x above LMP)

Edit: If you get scammed or see anyone breaking these rules, please report to me or another vice captain.
