Naruto stared at the the different pokemon , bewildered. "Huh? But...that's because I'm not a pokemon! Sure, I have a nine-tailed fox inside of me, but I'm human! I was born like any other human."

Vaporeon used its paws to scratch its head, then stood straight up, remembering something. She said, "I have heard of that happening. But, are you suggesting that time gears are once again being stolen?"
Sasuke had just returned with Professor Elm's daughter and answered Vaporeon's question, understanding the language perfectly, "The answer to that is no, Vaporeon. The time gears are fine. I see that Naruto is all healed up."
Vaporeon nodded. Professor Elm then greeted Sasuke. "You understand their language?" He asked.
"I've studied it a bit," was the reply.
"Then perhaps I can send you on a special mission Sasuke. While we have purified your friend's heart, he is still a Pokemon and not a human as he once was. You are going to have to speak with a rare Pokemon in order to get your friend to return to a human form. A Pokemon that goes by the name of Dialga."
Sasuke recalled seeing a Pokemon like that once. He asked Elm, "Where do I find Dialga? Is he in Temporal Tower or is he found on Spear Pillar on the peak of Mount Coronet?"
Elm was astounded by Sasuke's wisdom. He replied, "You can find Dialga in both spots actually, but the Peak of Mount Coronet is the easiest of spots, and you must have the adamant orb with you to call him."
"Thank you, Professor. We shall talk again. Come, Naruto. We have yet another place to see in this world. I am going to have Dialga to change you back to a human. I didn't think it would be this tough to change you back. And for that, I am sorry. You know... I kind of wondered what it would be like to being a pokemon. Say... after we finish turning you back, why not ask Dialga to change me into Ekans as revenge for what I did? Then you train me like a Pokemon trainer. Doesn't that sound like fun?"

Naruto blinked. "Wha? Time gears? What the heck are those!?" He asked, totally confused. Then he looked up when Sasuke arrived. For a moment, he felt the strong urge to run over to him, then he remembered it was his fault he was in that form. So he looked away, ignoring Sasuke in a childish manner.
He attention was drawn once more at the mention of a journey. "Normally, I'd be thrilled, but... HEELLOOO!!!! I'M A POKEMON!!!!!!!! And a ninja at that! How am I supposed to fight using what I spent all those years training!?"

Sasuke laughed then said, "All the more reason that you have a human trainer, Naruto. I mean... just until we can change you back into a human. Look, being a Pokemon is a really good thing. I kinda wish I was a pokemon. But, if I become a Pokemon, then we might have one heck of a...whoa... I feel a change in my body!"
Looking to the sky, Sasuke spotted a Jirachi. "No way! That's... that's Jirachi! The wishing star Pokemon. It can grant anyone a single wish as long as it does not disrupt the balance of nature! Naruto... tell me... in my new form, do I look like a purple snake now?"

Naruto huffed. "Gr. I. Said. No!" He didn't like being controlled as much as the next person, but...in a form where he couldn't use ninjutsu, it was heart-breaking. "I don't mind the training, but I still don't want to be put in a pokeball again! I want to walk and see everything for myself!" Then he blinked, leaning back in surprise as Sasuke changed before his eyes.
When asked the question, he smirked. "Hm...a purple snake, huh?" He circled around Sasuke. "I guess you could saw that. But really, to think you'd be such a small pokemon. Nishishishishi!"

"Well you won't have to worry about that Pokeball. We can walk up mount coronet together as Pokemon. It will be a tough journey. Plus with us both being pokemon, we can improve our skills as ninjas and as these creatures. This is pretty neat."

Naruto huffed and blew some strands of fur out of his face. "You're right about that. And I'm never going inside another Pokeball ever again!" He gave Sasuke his narrow-eyed look. "As for perfecting our ninja techniques as pokemon..." He smiled like always. "That sounds awesome! Heh heh. I wonder who can get used to it first. And...uh...what a minute. Heehee. I bet ya can't breathe fire anymore! But if recall..." He got a gleam in his eye. "...I can!"

At first, Naruto didn't understand the word, then he felt a strange heat build up in his chest. He opened his mouth and exhaled, a stream of fire flew from his mouth and rose up into the air. "W-Whoa! That's...awesome! I knew I could breathe fire but...WOW!!!"

Sasuke chuckled, "See? Isn't being a Pokemon kind of fun? Of course, I think we can also figure out a way that if you wanted to change into that form whenever, we could try that. Heck, I would do that if I had the opportunity like you can. Heh, heh, heh, I kind of envy you right now, Naruto."
As soon as his wish was made, Sasuke felt strange and then he too transformed into a new Pokemon. It was a dragon form, but it also had the ability of fire.
(Sasuke transformed into the legendary dragon from Pokemon Black. I cannot recall its name. But it has white scales and has the ability of Turboblaze.)
"I feel funny all of a sudden," Sasuke complained.

{...Reshiram. ... ...How far out are you planning to go with this? Mixing KoF with Naruto was fine...but now Pokemon... I'm getting dizzy. Beat that aside, Reshiram is too big to be indoors like that. A fire-breathing dragon, huh? Aim for one in the medium weight/size class.}
Naruto gaped as Sasuke turned into a new kind of Pokemon. "Hey! How many wishes are you going to get!? Couldn't you just wish us both back to normal again!?" He huffed, looking us at Sasuke's larger form. "Looking like that...we'll draw all kinds of attention!!!"

(Relax, this is probably as far as...no wait, we have still a Beyblade and Harvest Moon segment to go before the pair returns to being totally back to normal. This one is going to be a really long adventure for Sasuke and Naruto. And when they return to the leaf village, I have another cool surprise. Iruka and everyone is going to want to know where they went since they left. Sakura and Ino are going to spread a false, but credible rumor that Sasuke and Naruto went on some sort of honeymoon. That bit is intending on being humorous. Best of all, at the end, both Naruto and Sasuke become the first ever Hokage pair for going the greatest distance, testing all sorts of ninja skills including a jinchiri transformation they could not escape from for one good while.)
Sasuke shrugged, "I dunno, but it looks like this is going to be the final form I take here. This is going to be challenging though because, look at where we are. I am way too big to fit in there. Hmm, any ideas on how we are going to get to the top of the mountain?"
