Element(s): Celestial chakra only Hatsake can do it ((I know I'm not of rank yet to do it but after the chuunin exams thats when Hatsake will start practicing with his mothers clans Jutsu the rasengan and make his own.))

Effect: the Rasengan instead of glowing blue glows a shiny gold and spins rapidly with a star shaped around it if impacts can break all bones in body and is lethal for a chuunin this attack could sever some chakra veins. if misses it can destroy the surrounded area and causes no damge to the user.

Not accepted, I'm sorry but It seems that it's too much like the rasengan. Besides, we are going to make a version of the rasengan for every element.
