I got a very polite comment from someone. she told me that she loved my profile, and it would be a good idea to remove the quest bar. she was questing a high priced item, and someone hacked her a few days after she put her own questbar into her sig.
I really don't want to get hacked, for a few reasons. I have so much on this account I would really hate losing. That includes everythign I have been given as gifts from past holidays, PLUS all the gold and items donated toward my quest from everyone here in the guild.
I am a little more than halfway done with this quest, and it's all because of you guys here in the guild. I would hate for it all to get hacked because I was advertizing in my signature how much gold I have toward it.
Though! I will post every million gold I get, letting everyone in the APG know how close I am! biggrin

Was she hacked because her password sucked/she let other people know so they could make gold for her?
I would put the quest thing in my profile personally, cuz ya, if someone sees that around the forums that you have a LOT of gold, they'll try to hack into your account. So I think this is a good idea.

hm, good idea. decided to take the one my secondary mule has out even though i'm confident in the password and don't have much in terms of value in that account. i wouldn't want anything to happen considering it's my cosplay mule <.<

I never had a hacking issue while questing on my mule, but better be safe.
