Michael Jackson - Unbreakable (:
When we were young the future was so bright The old neighborhood was so alive And every kid on the whole damn street Was gonna make it big and not be beat
Now the neighborhood's cracked and torn The kids are grown up but their lives are worn How can one little street Swallow so many lives
Chances thrown Nothing's free Longing for what used to be Still it's hard Hard to see Fragile lives, shattered dreams
Hint 1: Another of this band's hits is featured in the Sega Arcade game "Crazy Taxi." Hint 2: Band Frontman released a brand of hot sauce (Gringo Bandito) early this year. Hint 3: The band's name and the first two words in this song title are synonymous.

"The Kids Aren't Alright" by The Offspring. This one took a bit of Wikipedia browsing before I could find the synonymousness. XD
Alright, here we go, again!
Consume the curse That brings you down A fading liar Who wakes up alone
It's there in front of you
Invert this tragedy to come And reclaim your future This is a call to arms One quest at a time
Feed the hunger Climb on up Repress the negative You are not alone
Hint: One of their songs is featured in the hit game, Tony Hawk's Underground, which was available for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and Nintendo GameCube. Hint: The featured album was recorded on April 1, 2008 with a label from Nuclear Blast. Hint: One of their instrumentals is titled: "Man Made God". Listen to that song, too. One of the best songs, ever!

In Flames - Move Through Me Good hints, don't know that song XD
Have you ever been close to tragedy, or been close to folks who have Have you ever felt a pain so powerful, so heavy you collapse
No...well...I never had to knock on wood But I know someone who has Which makes me wonder if i could, It makes me wonder if I Never had to knock on wood And I'm glad I haven't yet Because I'm sure it isn't good That's the impression that I get
Have you ever had the odds stacked up so high You need a strength most don't possess Or has it ever came down to do or die, you've got to rise above the rest
Hint 1: Single of a 1997 American third wave ska/ska-core band which reached #1 on Billboard's Modern Rock Tracks chart. Hint 2: This band's songs have been featured in many movies, including Clueless, Stepbrothers, and Chasing Amy. Hint 3: Boston.

The Mighty Mighty Boss Tones - The Impression that I Get
Wow. I finally connected the dots. - proud of detective work - Definitely couldn't remember who this one was by either. XD
I walk in the path of a misfit's blood No compass can stare my way No light at the end of the tunnel And time is running out for me
No gold at the end of the rainbow No high hopes, dreams deceive
Hint 1: This song is a duet between two Swedish songwriters (one male, one female) and artists both of which perform in other bands Hint 2: Both artists are under the nuclear blast label and this band is fronted by someone from the band Hypocrisy Hint 3: This song was released in 2008
If I made the hints too vague I will definitely edit to give you guys some help but I wanna see if you can get it before I help more because the next clue pretty much gives it away. XD

Pain - Follow me. I like Anette Olzon biggrin
Lyrics:
Don't fret precious I'm here, step away from the window Go back to sleep
Lay your head down child I won't let the boogeyman come
Counting bodies like sheep To the rhythm of the war drums
Pay no mind to the rabble Pay no mind to the rabble
Head down, go to sleep To the rhythm of the war drums
Pay no mind what other voices say They don't care about you, like I do, like I do Safe from pain and truth and choice and other poison devils, See, they don't give a ******** about you, like I do.
Hint 1: Lead singer is the front man for two other bands, one of which is useful if you want to be a handyman. Hint 2: In the lyrics, "To the rhythm of the war drums" is part of a title of one of this band's songs Hint 3: Lead singer owns a winery called "Merkin Vineyards"
Blah...I think I made this a bit easy...*shrugs* Oh well. Enjoy.
