"Kaida honey, everything will be fine. Just calm down." Rose said soothinly as she watched her daughter pace in the room they waited in. Kaida had been pacing worrying about all that could go wrong and working herself into a state for the past ten minutes.

"But what if I-"

"Everything will be fine."

"But mabey the-"

"Everything will be fine."

"How will I-"

"Everything. Will. Be. Fine." Rose stated with finality before grabbing her daughters shoulders and making her look into her eyes.

Releasing a breath of air Kaida nodded and smoothed a peice of her hair back beind the veil. "What would I be doing without you mamawa?"

"Running around like a headless chicken. Now come on lets get a final look over you, It'll be time to walk up that aile any time and then my baby girl will be all grown up and married." Rose said ending with a bit a sniffle as she smiled at the thought of how much Kaida had grown.

"Aw Mamawa-"

"Hush. Let me have my moment."

"You known I always thought it was the father that gave the bride away..." Kaida asked teasingly to calm herself as she walked with Rose towards the isle, it was just around the corner.

"Yes well if you want to produce this mysterious father of yours please do. Of course I'll need to have a stern talking to about him missing out on your growing up..." Rose said with a small laugh.

Then they stepped around the corner onto the isle and started up towards Cassara as the music started to play.

Taking Cassara s’ hand Kaida could not help but feel an overwhelming joy come over her as it finally truly hit her that they were getting married. Eyes sparkling with happiness she simply breathed in the moment and how perfect it was. The sun was just going down casting a magnificent array of colours onto the sky that added their hue to everything. The gentle soundtrack of the waves lapping on the beach, sand shifting around feet and the quiet sounds of the forest as the wind moved through it. Most of all was the one right beside her, the red of the sunset made her Cassara positively glow and she knew that even if something was to go wrong later in the ceremony then this image right here would make it all better.

As the moment faded peacefully she turned towards the prsider of the ceremony and waited for them to begin.

“Today we are gathered as honoured guest before these two people, Vlad and Kaida, to tie them together as mates in the eye of the law as they are already in their hearts. Already they have started with the joining of their hands as a deal to walk forward together in life but now we ask for their promises to each other.” Said the preacher in his calm voice as he faced everyone, “So with that I ask, Do you Kaida take Vlad as your lawfully wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forth, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health as long as you both shall live?” he asked turning towards Kaida.

“I do.” She replied with a smile on her face as she glanced at Cassara out of the corner of her eye.

Giving a nod and a small smile the preacher asked for her personal vows.

“Vlad, ever since the day I met you I knew you where something special. You had a fire in that stole my breath away and never failed to cause my heart to race, though that was often because we were doing something dangerous,” She said with a small laugh, “before I knew it you had stolen that heart and I had no intention to try in take it back because with you everything always seemed to fit into place. Even when everything for me seemed to fall apart just the thought of you would help me pull myself back together, it is in fact the reason I even made it to this spot. So with that in mind I can say without any restraint that I love you Vlad and that I welcome you with arms wide open into my life permanently as my wife and I hope I can be there for you as you have been for me.” She stated with passion, her eyes misting as she looked into Cassaras eyes.

Clearing his throat slightly from the emotion the preacher then turned to Vlad and gave her the same lines as he had given Kaida but with names switched.

Kaida knew that public speeches where not Cassaras thing. But that was ok because she didn’t need open declarations to know that Cassara loved her. It was the little things at home that showed it to her. Besides no matter what anyway else would say ‘hell and back you are my constant’ was one of the best lines she could think of for in a vow. Gracing Cassara with a giant smile she whispered so only she could “and red is mine.”.

With a pleased smile the preacher said, “You may now exchange rings and kiss.”

Taking a small step towards Cassara she took her left hand and slid the white gold wedding ring on the proper finger, feeling the same being done to her left hand before used both of her hands to hold Cassaras head and passionately kiss her, distantly hearing the preacher say “I now proclaim you wife and wife.”.

Breaking away from the kiss as Rhine interrupted them she pouted a little. Sure she was always a bit shy about physical affection but they where wives now. Glancing at the look in Cassaras eyes she gave a decisive nod and then turned to her parents (for she now had two with Ceres as her mother-in-law which was slightly odd) “Hey I’m going to steal my beautiful wife for the honeymoon early. See you in a few days, possibly a week.” She said hopefully. They could always insist they stayed for the reception ad all that stuff.
