I'm on Bass 3, and apparently I have a tremendous problem with keeping my drum from moving. Our tech is constantly telling me to just fill out the carrier and it will fix everything, but even when I do that it doesn't seem to do much.
Anyone else had that problem? Any advice on how to work to fix it?

it could be a marching issue,if you bounce when marching your instrument will constantly move too

I march Bass 1 and I had that problem my freshman year.
I'd still recomment filling out the rack/carrier and keep your shoulders back. Also, it's important to roll your feet or stay on your toes when marching. It really helps to keep your balance and keep the lower half of your body seperate from the top half.
Hope I helped a little! Good luck! BASS LOVE <3
