I heard about this just now from my fellow friends over at the Boxer forums. The police tazerd the dog saying he was being aggressive (and because he was a pit bull though you can tell it's really a white boxer. Heres the other link. Please leave your comments.

I AGREE. THE COPS ARE OVERBOARD. HE WAS A BOXER! WHAT RIGHT DID THEY HAVE
! HE WAS ACTING ON INSTICTNCT. I THINK THE COPS SHOULD BE FACED WITH ANIMAL CRUELTY.

They dropped the vicious and dangerous dog thing, but he is still being charged for his dog running at large. The owner has to move out of lakewood and to get Otis back. Even though the owner wants to prove hes a boxer (DNA test) Otis is no longer "welcome" in lakewood.
