ok, i am a normal sized person, but my doctor told me i am borderline obese, i am 64 inches tall and 145lbs so my BMI is normal. but he said i need to eat healthier. when ever i try to diet i end up eating unhealthy foods or too much of something.
What are some really healthy foods to eat when dieting,
How can i manage to eat the right amounts and not cheat
