She lie's in bed, and sleeps in truth, With passion, anger, bitterness, hatred, courage, and love, overflowing in her heart. A hot tear roll's down her cheek, she lifts an arm to wipe away the evidence, but it is no longer there. She'll spend her time listening to, The Sweet Symphony of life, The tale of adventure, A hero's Ballad, the life of another... When she die's she'll go without a trace, nothing left behind to remember her by, no one left behind to remember. for she is doomed to live her life as another, to be constantly absorbed in the life of others. The tales of Hero's far and wide, Breathe life into her, giving her the means to survive. A Hero's ballad she will be singing to the grave. Her life is not her own. God grant her soul permission to leave the flesh behind, For she is a hero of a different kind. And when she goes to die, she will be leaving: Not another living creature, nor a soul to mourn her passing. She will leave nothing behind, Not even regret.
Her life, she will give, though her Ballad will go unheard to all those who do not share her fate. a noble cause she has lived for, and died for. The Hero may breath life into her, but she will keep the hero's tale alive. and a reminder to you, dear reader:
This is the price of 'The Hero's Ballad': The Bard's Symphony

A very very nice poem.. I like how it seemed to be a simply sad story and ended up making me feel very introspective. Not a lot of poetry can do that, these days.
Also, Is your signature by Edgar Allen poe?
*pwikpwik*
