I just made theese today for the first time in a while, its kinda tradition to bake theese while putting up the Tree, but i just wanted one reallybadly so made it anyway.
* Brennans Restuarant Baked apples ( though over the years ive chnaged it uo a little i believe)

* Usual prep time:: Well that depends on how many apples you choos to do and how fast you are with an apple corer. usully i spend about 10 mins-15
* Ingredients:: Apples ( red delisious/ Granny smith), Sugar (again depens on how many apples youve done) , Brown Sugar, Cinnamen and nutmeg
* Directions::First wash your apples and line them in a rectangular baking pan. The first trick is to remove the apple core , all the way through so you can look out the other end. Discard the cores. Place the apples back in the pan and with a spoon, or a finnel if youve got it, fill the apples with regular sugar halfway, pack it to the top with brown sugar. sprinkle with cinnamen and nutmeg. After all apples are filled fill the bottewm of the pan with a half inch of water. Place in the oven at 375 degfrees in center of rack. Depending on how many and how thick the apples youve used are the time will be different. but for lets say 8 average sized red apples it will take 20-25 mins. As a rule the skin will be brown and leathery, when the apple is bunching up its done. The water at bottem will look like extremly runny caramel.

This is a simple creme sauce forthis and other treats like bread pudding.
Prep time is only about 10 mins to do.
ingrediants, a quart of heavy whipping creme, Vanilla extract, Sugar, cinamen and nutmeg
Simply you take 2 cups of whipping creme in a bowl, 2 cups of sugar, 2 tbls of vanilla and Whip them in a bowl till its light and fluffy and frothy and the sugar is completly disolved. Then Season with sprinkles of nuteg and cinnamon . Refridgerate AT LEAST ONE HOUR before serving as sauce will thiken.
