Hello everyone! This is violets_are_purple, your friendly neighborhood Mod, and I'm here to set up the rules for this subforum.
Rules:
~ Just because this is a subforum of the guild, doesn't mean the regular rules don't apply. Maybe you've forgotten the rules? Here they are again. This means that you DO NOT SPAM. Spamming will get you thrown out of this guild.
~This is not the thread for giveaways. That thread is here.
~All threads in this subforum are required to have in their title the purpose of the thread. This can mean:
[Selling] Lots of inks! if you are selling items,
[Buying] Anyone have an Oculus Mythica? if you want to buy an item, or
[Donations] Can I has Goldz? if you want someone to donate to you. This is the post format for quests as well.
This is the format you must use. I want all threads to have [Selling], [Buying], or [Donations] in the title of the thread. If you believe that your thread does not fall under a category, PM me and I can make an exception.
~As a courtesy to the other threads, please limit yourself to one thread about one topic. If you want to buy something and sell something else, then these should be placed in separate threads, but buying two things should not have one thread each.
~If you are selling or buying an item, please put an approximate price. Doing so will get you less bids that are well over or under priced.
~Some common courtesy things (taken from popular126):
~Do not beg, first of all. I will be deleting posts and threads that read "Plz plz plz plz PLZ!!!1!! I want gold NOW!!1!" The no begging counts for when you are buying, selling, or asking for donations.
~Do not try to force people to buy or sell items. This subforum is going to be a pleasant place, not a violent one.
~If you are no longer buying, selling, or using the thread, please put "CLOSED -- DELETE" in your thread title. That way, I can delete your thread, and others won't accidentally try to offer you something you no longer need.
~There is no rule against linking outside of this guild onto a regular thread, but you are not allowed to link outside of this guild into another guild. So while you may link to your Chatterbox shop, you may not link to burn.
~New rules will be posted as necessary. Make sure to double-check this page every time you start a new thread! Whenever a new rule comes out, I will update this post and the thread title. Everyone has 48 hours (unless they PM me and let me know they can't fix their thread in time) to comply with the rules. After 48 hours, I will go and delete threads that do not comply with the rules.
