In one world our heroes go to they are peaces on a battle chess board. The world did not explicitly say this but this is how I define each peace.

Pawns: Standard foot soldiers, surprisingly tough & will bite you in the a** if you don't take care of them quickly. Is smart enough to do any job given enough time to learn.

Rook: Durable as all hell. Not very strong but can take more punishment then one would think possible. Not very tactical but can bull rush you from out of nowhere. The proverbial bouncers of the game.

Knight: Tactical and cunning. Relays commands from the Kings and Queens. Makes sure the Rooks and Pawns do there jobs right. Is not a push over him/her self. If your not looking will sweep the lags out from under you in no time flat.

Bishop: The guardians of the Kings and Queens. Being the most trusted to the Kings and Queens they take orders from no one but. Wins and losses are most often up to the intelligence of this peace in battle. Will fight hand to hand if need be and would rather die then let someone even close to there beloved leader.

Queen: One of two leaders in the game. Will stop at nothing to win. A born leader and will give orders to her Nights and Bishops knowing they will get the job DONE. Has no problem taking out others if the situation calls for her to. Normally will support her team and give them strength to fight on till the end.

King: With only three person teams. One one or the other will be in the game at a time. So his job is pretty much the same as his female counter part. A leader and won't take guff from anyone his own peaces or his opponents. Supports his team but will get in the thick of things when he needs to. Just has one of those personalities that makes people want to fallow them anywhere even right through the fires of hell to win.

Yeah, I've seen different variations on battle chess and enjoyed that more then most I've seen.

I think myself as a bishop cause I am trusted well amongst my friends and would fight hand to hand if needed to, but usually I'll think of something else to get myself out of it. 3nodding Violence is the last option for fights.
