Wow... Today at approx. 1 PM, i leave for a 20 hour bus ride with 280 other band nerds up to new york.
We have been selected along with 6 other bands to march in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! YEAH!! This is gonna rock!
Wish me luck... ^-^;;
EDIT: Sorry, there are 9 bands. TYPO!!! ^-^;;

1st of all this guild isn't the most active guild, so you may have to wait until someone responds. Don't expect people to respond in a five minute time period. So the guild isn't mad at you- no one was on to respond, or no one was on that wanted to respond. Second of all- you're posting in the wrong section. Please post in the Regional Subforum this discussion. You're thread will be moved shortly.

^-^ i was just kidding about the whole guild hating thing! i was just bored and couldnt think of anything else to say!
Lets see... i still dont see why this falls under the reigonal thread... Unless it has to do with the whole NY thing...
and.... yeah. im back. for those of you who dont see my sig, i was in Kennesaw Mountain HS from Kennesaw GA. We were the second to last band in the parade, and were right in front of the M&M balloon that crashed shortly before it reached macy's.

Did your band win the BOA chapmionship? Last year, we won 2nd place at grand nationals! but this year, we didnt compete because of macy's. But we did play exhibition at a few competitions. according to the judges, we wouldve taken the whole thing home with us! ^-^
