I liked fighting Yami in Okami, but there are so many great boss battles that it's hard for me to choose one to be the best.

The last boss is the best heart
Her music is cool and shes so scary, when i played this i was glad i didnt have to use quarters ^^

Gruntilda from Banjo-Kazooie. Knocking her fat a** off her tower was the best feeling in the world. Her taunting and nagging in between the worlds was enough to drive a little kid insane.

Omg so many good boss battles...I loved twilight princess boss battle with the skeleton and ganondorf and zant was fun,and then there is okami...ill judst say every boss battle in that game was epic AND the story line rocked and ,made the battles better...and then there is final fantasy 10 with symour and sin (spoiler)Jeckt when your inside sinthat was a epic and every hard battle...I also loved the secnd last symour battleand thats bout it!
