This thread will be used for hiring teachers (melee, and spiritual) , skill's teachers and the like. We will be hiring until all the spots are filled.
We are looking for:
One Skills teachers (to help with work load)
Three melee teachers ( to replace inactive teachers)
Three spiritual teachers. (to help with work load)
The rules:
You can apply up to one position with the same teacher application. But we would prefer if you only focus on one. We don't want your work load to be too overwhelming.
You CAN teach your child's own classes.
Teachers are allowed to look after spawn as well.
Please keep in mind we are lenient with races, but if you are going to be demonic (subraces includ Vampires, weres) you will be answering to Mr. Vampy. Same with angelic. We would prefer humans but be creative.
Anyone can apply. Wether you own a spawn or not.
More detailed rules to come once teachers are hired.

Skills, normally we post in the spawns journal what their skills will become and develop into. Usually a hint that can be expanded upon. We at the cooperation are thinking upon hiring skills teachers we will allow the skills teachers to decide on what skill will be learned.

Combat, it can vary into any style you wish whether it be kickboxing or teaching how to use weapons. It is up to you to decide what it is you want to focus in offense or defense.

What will you be teaching:
Spiritual classes basically are magic classes. You will be teaching children how to draw on magical energies as well use them. Each child depending on DNA combination have inert abilities to magic. You will discover them and help them expand on their knowledge.

Gender: Male.
Hair Color: Black.
Hair style: Ear length, wavy.
Body build: 5'10", more blocky and muscular than svelte.
Eye color: Bright blue.
Clothing style/preference: Inconspicuous is the name of the game. In the summer, Sam dresses in polo shirts, jeans, sneakers and other perfectly normal things. In the winter, he adds sweaters, scarves and long coats to his wardrobe. He is never without his wife Aara's wedding ring which he wears in addition to his own, on the pinky of his left hand.
General attitude/personality: Sam always looks a bit rough, but that's just because he was very unexpectedly given the responsibility of caring for two children and a ghost wife in the past year. He's a very quiet, modest man and when he gets angry he tends to keep it inside. Sam is very patient with children and his father was a teacher, so I think he certainly has it in him to do a good job as one himself.

Previous job: MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) instructor
Background history: Raised in a poor village, he worked hard to get out of his hometown. He's worked himself so hard that he's now a wealthy man. He had a harsh childhood, not having a mother and a drunken father. He has scars that no one knows for sure where they came from.
Personality: He is rough to his students, but cares about them. More or less. Kayto has a dry sense of humor, and will almost always whap them with a bamboo Bo staff if they're doing something totally stupid. But will treat them if they do good on their forms, or likewise.

Name: Fifth Avenue
Gender: Male
Previous job: Gang leader We don't talk about that...
Background history: Fifth's initial origins are unknown, as no one really knew him until he was a child and he never talks about anything that may have happened before then. He was brought up by a very close-knit gang and was directly cared for by an older Eilian named Cat. It was when he was still younger that he was abandoned by Cat and left to the mercy of the rest of the gang.
The gang's decided hierarchy was by rule of numbers. Each Eilian started as a One, then a Two, and so on and so forth up until Five, at which point they rule over all the lesser members with two-to-four other Fives. At the point of being a Four, he started taking care of another child. Said child kind of ruined his life after running off as a result of a long chain of complicated events, leaving Fifth to harden himself against most forms of pain both mental and physical. His gang has recently disbanded, however, leaving him a lone arsonist.
Personality: Tends to take a lot of things lightly and laughs a lot, but can get serious with the drop of a pin. He never allows people to take the 'easy' way out and tells them that despite the suffering that will result. He knows well that pain now will make future pain less and easier to bare.
Age: Who knows? Around a good... 135 or so. Appears to be in his thirties.
Gender: Male [Betzalel; Dominant; see Je T'aime, Eilian]
Hair Color: Gold
Hair style: A total mop of scruff, reaching around the upper part of his neck; very obviously was just hacked off with a pair of scissors the last time it was 'cut'.
Body build: Somewhere between 'lithe' and 'muscular', a steady balance of not being overly bulky or scrawny in the least.
Eye color: Bright, bright green
Clothing style/preference: Not anything that fancy. If he had things his way, all he would wear would be a scraggly pair of old jeans, but you'd be able to get him into a black tee-shirt if you tried hard enough.
General attitude/personality: Laid-back, relaxed, serious when the situation calls for it, stubborn, arrogant, extremely arrogant, pitying when the situation calls for it.
Important features: Being an Eilian Gryphon, he carries traits of both humans, lions, and golden eagles. He has a large pair of bright gold wings with feathers long enough he needs to make an effort to keep them from dragging. He has a mantle of these feathers along his upper chest and shoulders. He has talons on his fingers and toes. He sports, also, a lion's tail who's fur is meshed with his golden feathers. He has the magical ability to produce fire from the air.

Name: Cat Rowley
Gender: Male
Previous job: High school math teacher. BO-ORING
Background history: Cat ran away from home at a young age to go join a gang much like the one Fifth did [see above]. In fact, it was the very same one; he is the 'Cat' that took care of Fifth when he was younger. He tried to raise Fifth to be a better person than the rest of the gang, as he grew to dislike it immensely once he got in deep enough. However, his patience and endurance weren't up to the task, and he ran away when he was about fifteen or so.
After than, he became a math teacher. Yes, wallow in the anti-climactic.
Personality: Is very tolerant and patient, both very good traits for a high-school math teacher. Often takes things lightly, sometimes without meaning to. Can be very charming when he wants to be, but can get serious when it comes to certain subjects. Rather pacifistic in nature, but will fight if pushed.
Age: Looks in his late thirties/early forties; really about 160.
Gender: Male [Betzalel; Dominant; Eilian, see J'Taime]
Hair Color: Stony gray
Hair style: Long and super-silky-nice. Typical bishie hair.
Body build: Long and lanky. Still has a bit of muscle lying around, but nothing really worth using.
Eye color: Orange.
Clothing style/preference: If you ever catch him out of class, he'll be in average fare; blue jeans and a t-shirt. However, if you're his pupil, you only see him in the most over-the-top fancy clothes. Dress pants, button-up white shirt, and a black tailcoat jacket, with a dark red or blue tie. He obviously takes teaching very seriously...
General attitude/personality: Calm, patient, kind, strict, secretive, cheery [annoyingly so at times], dismissive of larger problems, light-minded, a very charming drunk.
Important features: Being a hippogriff Eilian, he has large stony gray wings and a gray horse's tail, as well as gray skin and two circlets of feathers naturally growing around his wrists. Also, he has a precognitive kind of magic that works through dreams; it lets him see where magic is dwelling inside of others. Nifty, huh? <3

Name: Trois Lawrence-Marlox
Gender: Male
Previous job: None; has been provided for his entire life, for the most part.
Background history: [Feel free to doctor this to the Gaiaverse] Trois was born, initially, in France, along with two brothers who were his same age. However, he was the most feminine of the bunch as well as the youngest, making him more of his mother's son than anything. At twelve-years-old, with the Eilian Evacuation / Migration Act, he was moved to New York City and separated from both of his parents, who were both killed shortly afterward. He had no knowledge of this until a short time ago.
After a severely abusive [from both sides] relationship, and a near-death experience, he began aiding the elders who were transforming young Eilian children into stones -having quite the talent for this magic- and giving them to dreamwalkers, humans who had the ability to enter the world Ialu while they were sleeping. After a long period of doing this, he met someone else, and this relationship actually managed to survive, despite quite a few flaws. At this moment in time, he lives in an apartment with his two children and his mate, and has decided it's high-time he get a job.
Personality: Sweet and caring, generally nice and rather sensitive, perhaps a bit too much to work with some children. He's feminine, often to the point of crossdressing - however, that fact is also influenced by the fact that he has a snake tail rather than legs. He's motherly and protective, and patient, willing to wait and help a child through any difficult spell they may be trying to cast. Hell, he'd probably be willing to sit and listen to someone tell him the problems of their daily life if that was what they wanted to do. For the entire class.
Age: Another Eilian, this one about a hundred-or-so-years-old, appearing in his mid-to-late twenties.
Gender: Male [Betzalel; Submissive; see Je T'aime, Eilian]
Hair Color: Bright yellow at the roots that goes through a brief span of orange and then to a bright red.
Hair style: About chin-length to [his] right, evenly cut to reach his upper back on the other side.
Body build: Small. The only muscle he really has is in his tail, and he could probably crush a skull with that thing. Also, the end of it is cut in half a good two feet in from a traumatic event earlier in life.
Eye color: Slitted, bright green in the center blending outward into goldish brown.
Clothing style/preference: Typically simple dresses and such, nothing too terribly feminine, or of a more Egyptian influence, where he can manage to wear skirts without looking completely female, as he looks well enough without the dresses.
General attitude/personality: Happy, easily-manipulated, sensitive, loving, caring, patient, occassionally rather hot-tempered.
Important features: Um... he's bright ******** yellow and covered in scales, his entire body length being 12'6.5". Down his back are two red stripes and between those are orange-y scales. The red stripes also extend down the backs of his arms.

Position: Spiritual Teacher
Name: Thali Sadril
Gender: Female
Previous job: Teacher at a Junior and Senior Highschool in Barton--it's a private school, and only certain students are allowed to attend. She taught history and mythology.
Background history: Thali is an elf, and therefore has an awful lot of 'background history'. There are no events relevent to this job, and none that would prevent her from performing to satsifaction. She is married and has four children. She can speak nine languages fluently, which include Elvish, Gnommish, English, Spanish, French, Welsh, German, Dutch, and Finn. She also speaks some Fae, but only enough to be able to curse in it. She moved to Gaia at the age of fifteen, in order to escape an arranged marriage. She has from then on been able to escape the elf who was sent after her--more recently he has given up.
Personality: Thali is a very sweet, loving person. She rarely gets angry, she doesn't appear to have any kind of temper. Or that's what her friends say, anyway. Thali sees herself differently. She's stubborn, mischeivous, and tends to flirt with every man she meets up with despite being completely devoted to her husband. She has never broken her marriage vows, she just likes to tease. She has a curious nature, and loves to learn. One of the reasons she decided to become a teacher was because she thought children could teach her something as well. She is gentle with children and animals, and loves to be loved. She often becomes lonely if two or more people are not around. She is easily amused, laughing at the smallest thing. She is prone to teasing. When she's not working, she likes to sleep in late. She's the kind of teacher children want to have. Do not let her childish nature fool you! She is extremely intelligent, and talented. She can be serious when need be, and has proven to be protective of those she cares for.
Age: She appears to be around twenty years old, but it's quite likely that she's older. She never admits to her age. (One hundred thirty-two if you want exact numbers.) I doubt she'd actually her real age on the application. She very much likes to pretend she's human when she's around people she doesn't know.

Hair Color: Redish brown
Hair style: Straight, it falls down her back like a waterfall and reaches to her waist. She makes sure it keeps her ears -which are pointed- from view at all times. Thali is very much a natural-goer. She will put it up on occassion, if that is required.
Body build: Slender and curvy. She isn't very tall, standing at about 5'5.
Eye color: Golden brown
Clothing style/preference: Loose jeans and a t-shirt. Really whatever the crowd's wearing at the time. As previously stated, she likes to pretend she's human. She likes to pass herself off as a woman in her early twenties--meaning she's always wearing the latest fashion. Lately she tends to wear hoodies, flared jeans and flats. Don't let her teach the teenage boys! They might think she's another student.
General attitude/personality: Optimistic, playful, fun-loving, happy-go-lucky, flirty, impatient, sweet, friendly. Creative, charming, and lovable.
