Well with another thread from me about bad news combined with an attempt to try and get this place kicking again I would like to announce.....
*DRUM ROLL*
I have cancer!
Two months ago I started to get a stiff neck, I just though I had injured it. A month later I started to get aches in my shoulder and back which kept on getting worse until last Tuesday when they were so bad mum took me to the emergency department. They firstly thought I was coming down from drugs, then they said it was inflamatory arthritis. They did a CT scan on my neck and found a lump on my spine. They told me it was just an absces and sent me to a larger hospital to have surgery. When I came out of surgery they told me "Well we didn't find an absces, you had a tumour on your spine and one behind your voice box."
My outlook is great, they're going to treat me with chemo and radiotherapy and I should be back up and running by Christmas time.
I'm sorry to say BB that your little minions didn't succeed in their mission to kill me from the inside out razz You will pay for this of course.

Wow Wingo, I hope the outlook stays good. Since I've found VSC, I haven't sent any minions after you. Maybe it's from the same person who sent the gallstones.

After being poked, prodded, probed and irradiated more times than I think is safe they have diagnosed me with an advanced case of large diffuse B-cell non-hodgins lymphoma which started in the lymph nodes in my chest but has spread to my kidney, liver and neck. They gave me 3 months to live without treatment. Tomorrow I start chemotherapy for about 4 months and then I will be finishing off with some radiotherapy. With treatment I am curable.
I'm now in the cancer ward of the hospital, I'm sharing a room with 4 other people, it is midnight and I can't sleep because everyone else is ******** snoring and sleep talking! I'm doped up to my eyes on pain killers and sleeping tablets because the bed is so uncomfortable and yet I still can't sleep because of the noise.
I'll keep dropping in when I can to let you all know how I am doing
