These rules are more or less strict.

1. Your character may NOT use any actual jutsu that are not on their character sheet and approved by mods.

2. A training and learning system will soon be set up that allows your character to learn new jutsu and/or Taijutsu styles, as well as progress in their old styles/jutsu. This will be strictly monitored, of course... and you're not to learn anything new outside of this system without mod approval.

3. Academy/Genin Characters can have up to 10 Jutsu, not including Customs or Village/Clan/Class. No character is allowed more than 5 Taijutsu Styles at a time ever... the more Styles you have, the LESS you can progress in each one. Chuunin can have up to 15 Jutsu, while Jounin may have 20. Kage and Sage level characters have no limit to their Jutsu, only keeping in mind that age is a big factor... a young Kage will not have more and more powerful Jutsu than a much older Kage.

4. Jutsu consume Chakra, keep in mind that your character is not a nuclear fusion plant, he or she can and will easily run out of Chakra, especially at the lower levels.

5. Know that there will not be a Jutsu thread, you are to find your own jutsu on the net and apply them to your character, or send in your custom jutsu to be approved by me.

6. There will be a limit on Custom Jutsu depending on Ninja Rank.

7. Chidori, Rasengan, and Sharingan/Sharingan-knockoffs are FORBIDDEN, as in not allowed in this guild. There's nothing to stop someone from learning how to create their own version of the first two jutsu, but the final is a set-in-stone fact.

8. You will not be allowed to use some Village/Clan/Class jutsu unless you meet the requirements to do so. Depending on Ninja Rank of the character, they will be able to possess different limits on their VCC jutsu list.
