"Hey. So what was it your guys were running from?" Eric asked and handed the two girls a bowl of stew. He sat down by them.
Apple came running over and handed Xander a bowl. She looked at the animals and was silent for a moment. "So a dog, ferret, snake, and Henry" She mummbled and went inside one of the caravans. When she came out she had two bowls full of meat for the dog and ferret. "For your pets" She explained when she handed the bowls to the girls. Then she looked at Tali. "She eaten recently?" She asked Xander as she fed Henry something from one of her pockets.

"Death." Xander said and took his bowl from Apple. "Thank you." He didn't feel hungry at the moment, but he began to eat anyways. "Tali? No, she doesn't usually eat unless she gets to hunt her prey, and I didn't really have time to wait around for her to eat this morning, I was late for school and all."

Eric was a bit puzzled. "Death?...What exactly happened?" He asked, getting more and more curious.
Apple grinned,"Well she's got this whole place to hunt for food. There's always mice hanging around here" She stared at Tali, admiringly again, for a moment and then skipped off to get herself something to eat.

Elinor Melrose "Thank you." Elie said and gave Yuki her food and then took the food given to her. She looked at Eric. "Someone... Or something is trying to kill us. He has dark powers and a hell hound. Yuki warned me about it..."

Xander looked over to Elie, not sure if they should be teeling the pair about what was after them. Relax Alexander, all shall be well in due time. Enjoy the peace while you can. Xander said and looked at Tali who was slithering off. "Okay." He said under his breath so no one could hear.

"Hm...Well you guys should be fine for a while here...Maybe you should talk to my grandma. She tends to know more about these weird things than most. Like when Me and Apple first got our powers" He said and looked down at his fingers. "Wanna see what I'm talkin' about?" He grinned.
Apple came back with food of her own and looked at Yuki. "You said her name was Yuki?" She asked examining the dog, like she had with Tali."Apple you have the WEIRDEST obsession for animals" Eric groaned, watching his sister look eagerly at the dog. Apple glared at her brother. "You're just jealous because the only thing you can communicate with without looking like an idiot is your bird! And even then you look dumb! 'Oh hello there my little cutepie, are you hungry? Yes?' hehe" She imitated her brother talking to Mr.Owl in a high pitched voice. Eric blushed and looked at the ground. "I do not talk to him like that" He grumbled. Mr.Owl peeped his head out of Eric's jacket and he nibbled on Eric's pinky finger.

Raven giggled at the two siblings. She began eating the stew and watched Ferra eating greedily too. She was always starving after using her powers like that. "Wait you said you had powers to?" she asked. "Like what?"

Eric turned and grinned at Raven. "Yeah!" He said and put out his hand. Within seconds his nails had become over a foot long. "I can control...err calcium. I can create it and control it. The controlling part's a bit tricky though. Hmmm watch" He said. Raven's hand then began to move without her control. It wasn't the muscles being moved though, it was her bones. "I lose control easily though...I haven't been able to practice because SOMEONE doesn't wanna cooperate!" He looked at his sister.
Apple stuck her tongue out. "I'm not gonna let you control me!" She hissed.
"Anyways...I got powers too ya know!! I'm poisonous" She said with a giggled and then continued,"Under my nails are little slits that let out poison, so if I were to grab your arm and dig my nails into you, you'd be dead in seconds. Don't worry though! I won't hurt any of you. I'm not allowed to."

Xander listen silently, eatting still. His heart started to quicken as they told of what they could do, and what Elie said was what made his heart speed up. Deadly? Hell yes. Stop panicking. Tali's voice whispered into his mind as she returned, slithering up and around his arm, wrapping herself around his wrist like a bracelet. Sorry. Xander responded and sighed silently.

Eric nodded. "I'm pretty sure she could help. Give ya more info on this err...death guy. Though, you kinda have to wait til tomorrow. She's already gone to bed." He said.
Apple looked down at her hands. "Battle? Oh...my grandma won't let me use my powers for battle." She said softly. She didn't like the idea of fighting either.
She shook her head and looked back at the dog. "Yuki!" She called, pulling something out of her pocket and putting her hand out to the dog. She pulled out a blue bunny-shaped clip.
