...The best place to start is, well, at the beginning; and when you come to the end, stop.

A wise hatter was once known to have said those very words and but an innocent teaparty had in days long passed. Joy and merryment were all that this curious but harmless hatter could surmise between he and the other two of his companions: a Doormouse, and a March Hare.
One day the happy three were visited by a curious creature, a slim figure of a growing young lady who's sweet smile and vibrant emerald eyes seemed to burn themselves into the Hatters mind. Was it merely her looks and charming nature? Or something Deeper?..No one seems to know that answer since both girl and hatter perrished.

Where is my place in all of this? Nowhere perhaps..but isn't Nowhere a reality all it's own from which I was spawned? Indeed.

You may wonder who I am, but if you do you really must be ignorant if such writings did not make it evident that it is the sole owner of this journal and my story. That of the Cheshire Dream himself.

Normally I stay hidden in the shaddows, only my vivid green eyes shining through the darkness of 'reality' to tell tale that I am not far behind such an omminous feature.

You ask what is my sorrow? All in good time my friends. But for now I will only relay small bits of the tale, shattered fragments of the nightmares, and frayed strands of the grand tappestry for your delight.

Taking now to the Hatter's advice, I shall start from the beginning of what is to be a series of curious events.

In the year of 1865 upon the British countryside and way, there lived a girl named Alice Marrie Carroll, born into a moderatley wealthy family of two children. Within this perfectly sane residance, Alice and her older sister (whos name is unknown) recieved lessons once a day for eight hours. Also in this mundane family, resided a small kitten who was commonly reffered to as Dinah.

Upon the month of July, Alice and sister (Who from whenceforth will be known as Margret) were permitted a holiday to spend upon the riverbank. This being a very peacefull place to reside for an evening or so, as it was bordered by a rather large field of wildflowers and whatnot.

But here my friends, Alice began her journey. On what would appear to be the last day of her holiday, this curious child had decided it well worth to lounge herself upon an oak tree who had taken a notion to be a few feet from the river, yet all the more closer to the field, to enjoy the warmth of a retreating July. As it was a very warm day, the heat made her sleepy and stupid, as most of us are when lounging in the cool way of a perfect summers afternoon, and she was inclined only to peer into the book Margret had come upon a few times before sliding down the trunk of the ancient oak to wade into the glorious flora.

Not a moment before she was miday between the bordering hedge and open air, The White Rabbit, Let us pause for a moment so I may explain. I reffer to him in this manner simply because his name was indeed, The White Rabbit. Why his parents had thought it a teribbly clever thing, no one shall ever come across, but that is indeed his name so let us get on with it. *Ahem* Anyways, The White Rabbit dashed very close by her, for earlier that morn he had been sent out by the Queen to deliver what was to be an invitation to the Duchess (more like a death sentance) to play Croquet. But the foold that he was had hardly realized that in withdrawing from the Forest of No Name, he had sumbled upon a rift between Nowhere, Earth, and Gaia.

Now, Dreams had not been discovered at this time, for the world was still pure in a way and the fabric of all life had only but a strand lose over the quilt that is the world. But now, as the need for us has arrissen to much greater heights, the rips have become greater resulting in what you see today.

Resuming the tidbit of story..The fool rabbit had gone into the still ignorant world, not realizing this until nearly being run over by a buggy (who was fortunate enough to avoid accident by it) in crossing what he had assumed the railway station, North of the Sea of Tears. Upon realizing this he was able to trot back at a good pace, but only happened to stumble upon the unrealizing Alice who had only been on her own. In letting himself be seen, Alice immedietly pursued, being a curious girl, and was transported to a world between worlds.

Now, a lesson. Alice was the only known human to survive the journey into such a place, or to have even found a way in for that matter, but as was later found, she was the first and only victim as well. Why, do you ask? Simple. Humans comprehension can only hold so much logic in the 10% granted to them of use, but the other 90% has yet to be unlocked, therefore unallowing them to take in such a vast ammount of 'nonsense'. This eventually drives the human mad, only for them to return to their previous home in a stark raving mad fit to perrish after lingering but for a few months.

Butthis is where I end for now, for I am well tired of this writing and the ink is seeping into my tail. Farewell for now. May you always be slower than No One, and Faster than Sorrow.
