I have plenty of gold I could give you...
But you should try and ask a moderator or something about why the account was banned first.

Here're my recommendations:
a) Contact a mod. Tell them the situation. Keep in touch. If you were banned unjustly, chances are you can fight back the ban.
b) Build a case. Once you know why that account was banned, and if you think it was banned unjustly, prepare a case. Prove that it was an unfair banning. Don't hold it against whoever banned you, though. People make mistakes, even mods. If you manage to make a good case, someone will listen and do something.
c) Be patient. Mods have lives. They're busy with Gaia stuff, and with things outside of Gaia. Many work their damn best to ensure Gaia is the best experience you can have, but most can't dedicate all their time to it. Sometimes you will have to wait some. Be prepared for that.
d) Keep a cool head. This is the most important part, the one that ties all the others up. When you contact the mod, build a case, and wait for the responses, keep it cool. Use the best language you can. Be articulate. Explain everything clearly and simply. This will help a lot to get your account back, faster.
I hope it all works out the best.
P.S. Considering the public posting history of that account, I can say that there might be 2 possible reasons for the ban: 1. Unacceptable behavior in Guilds / Towns / zOMG. 2. Botting / Scamming.
Either way, if you haven't done any of that, you need to provide evidence, and build a case around that.

Anatole_serial said it all perfectly.
And while I do feel sorry for you and hope you the best of luck with this matter, this thread really has nothing to do with Touhou. Locking.
