Gaia
The World of wishes is set up within Gaia itself. You may visit Durem, Barton, Aekea or any other location you choose. Saying so, feel free to make up locations within these sites. This is to accommodate the vast goings on. Guardians and Wishes themselves can be vampires, humans, nekos, zombies, or any other manner of creature and remain 'within the norm'. This doesn't mean it's normal to drag a half-dragon around, merely that people would get used to the idea sooner than any earthling might. Roleplay may occur within the HQ or somewhere out in Gaia. All direct Wishes interaction with NPC's or event will usually be within the HQ though.
Astronomy HQ
Astronomy HQ is the centeral hub of Wishes and appears as a completely scientifically oriented complex. Its purpose is simply to watch the skies for whatever may be out there, to find falling stars and track them if possible, and perhaps one day find those whom have returned to the sky. In this facility, scientists also research Wish history, abilities, and the species in general. The building is located between The Northern Durem Caves of Gaia and the Barton Cliffs.

The Lobby;
A straightforward room akin to any waiting lounge. There's a coffee machine in the corner and a vending machine. Settees sit along walls with two elevators directly in front of the door. Down is the Storage Basement and up is the Observatory, Office Use, Green House, and eventual Living Quarters.
Basement;
Storage Use only. Dusty, dimly lit, spacious. For those items which no longer have a place to go. Also contains very few archived files.
Observatory;
Top floor. Large viewing platform and telescope. Hygenic, Minimalistic. Book shelves for files on findings and sightings. Mostly used for star gazing. Permisson needed before use. See Sodochi at front desk in Lobby or Offices.
Office Use;
Solitary rooms for specific tasks. Can vary from paperwork filling to testing rooms for a Wish's abilities. For public and staff use.
Green house;
A place to relax amid the HQ rooms. Plant life is in abundance and the entire floor has a controlled climate. Literal green house in use somewhere on the floor, if you can find it.
Living Quarters;
Rooms for individuals whom have no caretaker or have left theirs. Individually locked. See Sodochi for further inquiries. Permission needed by a room's occupant before entering.
