Jess smirked and raised an eyebrow.
"Of course it's good advice, would I ever give you anything less." She reached for where Obie and Ra kept the mugs and smiled at her question.
"Excellent, very good. I love the house, more than my apartment in Kyoto and I think Kayne does too, he's pretty excited about fixing things up. Convinced me to help him work on the verandah this weekend." She rolled her eyes jokingly. "I may not be girly but DIY isn't my forte."

Obie laughed at Jess' words and went to dig out some cookies from one of their cupboards.
"Maybe Go and I could drop by and help out? Sometimes I feel a bit bad for him having to be cooped up in this place all the time. Though I think he thinks he's a person and doesn't mind," she smirked. "Either way, it would be fun to help if you'd like it," she smiled.

Jess grinned as Obie suggested that Go and her stop by and nodded.
"That would be brilliant." She grinned. "I'm sure we can find some jobs for you to do. We've got the kitchen, bathroom, livingroom, three spare rooms and a garden to sort out. We need all the help we can get."

Obie laughed once more and shook some cookies out onto a plate for them to share.
"Brilliant. I will be more than happy to be put to work," she smiled and picked up the plate. "Let's go sit down before the guys return and hog up the living room," she smirked and nodded towards their cozy living area.
