Charge level - it's like the average level of the rings you're wearing.
I think I'm the only person in PA who plays regularly. I'm CL10, at the moment I think I've got about 26 rings at 10... slowly charging them up! ^.^ My TC is around 6700 or so.
What's yours? ^.^
