"Emotionally attached to a sandwich! That is ridiculous. I have no idEA...HEY!! Give me back my sandwich! TAICHOUUUU!" Shin yelled as Mikoto took his sandwich. "That was my lunch..." He sobbed as he dragged his feet the rest of the way to Mikoto. He swiped the beaker from her, and cautiously looked at the liquid. "Kokuro... if I die, you can have my sandwich and remaining pocky."

Grinning, Shino gulped the contents of his beaker." kinda odd. went down smooth, but it has an amusing aftertaste. just what was this, Mikoto Taichou?" the young man grinned."or are you just practicing for the bartender/drink mixer championships?"

"Actually," Mikoto said as she knocked back the liquid. "It's a special drink that is meant to taste exactly like what you wanted to drink at the moment. And Shino, don't worry about the aftertaste, it disappears within five minutes."
Turning to her fukutaichou and Kokuro, she smiled.
"Don't worry you two, it's safe for both of you," the scientist replied retrieving Shin's sandwich. "Drink and you can have your precious sandwich. If not..."
She picked up a knife and put on a evil smirk as she held it up to the food item.
"... the sandwich gets it..."

Kokuro shrugged as he thought of what he wanted the drink to taste like, coming up with a flavor he quickly drank what was in the beaker and licked his lips a few times. "Tasted like.." He licked his lips a couple more times before continuing. "Like.. chocolate!" Kokuro giggled and nodded before looking to Mikoto and the sandwich. "Oh nooo~ Not the sandwich!" He flailed his arms a bit after setting the drinking beaker down, now rather hyper.

Shin sighed. "You're mean Taichou, really mean!" He glared towards Kokuro, then closed his eyes and drunk down the liquid. "Hey!" He exclaimed loudly as his eyes burst open. "This tastes like strawberries." His expression went from delighted to puzzled. "Why... did you make this, Taichou?"

Shrugging, Mikoto tossed the sandwich to Shin and smiled.
"For fun," she said to her fukutaichou. "What? I'm not allowed to make fun things to drink because I'm the captain of this squad?"
The redhead picked up the empty beakers and took them all to the nearest sink and set them over in a sterilizing solution.

"When I went through your orientation, I do not remember fun being one of the things we do around here. If I remember correctly, we were slaves who were created to do their masters bidding, and by master I mean you. Of course, I could be mistaken and only re-accounting a dream of mine for world domination." Shin stated, then just shrugged as he walked back over to his box of acid while holding onto his precious sandwich.
