"I'm Ryu." he replied. "Sure. I'll stun first. It might take a while seeing as I've never done it before, though." He pointed his wand at her and said, "Stupify." and nothing happened. He tried again, "Stupefy!" and nothing happened. He tried a third time, "Stupify!" and a red bolt of light shot a Miranda from his wand. She toppl;ed over and Ryu ran up to her. Once again it took three times while he said "Ennervate" to wake her up. "Your turn." he said.

Miranda stood up brushing herself off. She raised her wand confidently, having learned stunning last year.
"Stupefy" she said with a flick of her wand. She smiled as a jet of red light left it and Ryu hit the floor.
The stepped towards him nervously. She'd never tried to revive anyone before, but she knew the theory and was pretty sure she could do it.
"Ennervate" she said making it more a question than a spell. Nothing happened, she tried again
"Ennervate!" this time when she flicked her wand it worked. She smiled to herself That's more like it

Chelsea surveyed the classroom quietly, awarding five points to everyone succeeding to stun and revive at the first try. Everybody who could didn't need to try anymore unless they wanted to, there weren't any points to be given out anyway, she thought sourly.
"Two minutes everybody. Please, whoever has yet to stun or revive their partners, hurry up," Her harsh voice resounded in the room full of mutterings of the incantations.
She noticed that most older students having already had the stunning spell the year before were doing quite alright with it, it was only reviving that took some practice.

Delila had sucessfully stunned and revived her partner three times, and been stunned and revived the same number of times. When she heard that class was nearly over she was both happy and sad. It was sad that her next class probably wouldn't be anywhere near as exciting, but she was rather happy to be getting out of Professor Chelsea's class.

"Alright, that's it! Class is over." Chelsea clapped her hands twice, and walked over to the front of the class.
"Homework: Write the incantations of both spells we took, and why you think they'd be helpful to know. Also, give me two other spells or curses and their counter ones, and tell me what made you choose them."
Ginger was happy class was finally over. It seemed things had gone alright for a first lesson. Chelsea hadn't been more bothersome than she had expected.
