There are two reasons that the Filter exists:
1) As the name states, this place will filter out unwanted and closed topics, thus clearing up space for more useful topics on the other boards.
2) To show prime examples of what NOT to do at this guild. Each closed topic will have a specified closing reason as the last post for you and others to understand why it is not allowed.

Banned users will also be listed in here with details on their offenses and links to closed topics that belong to them. This is to show examples of behaviors not accepted as well.
